Homestead Outdoor Products Return Policy

 

Returns

  • You may return most unopened items within 90 days of delivery/shipping.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Stock items will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • Non-stock items may not be returnable; if returnable to our vendor(s), items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • Custom items (gates, special-length material) are not returnable.
  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to claim defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
